Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on CoveFurnish (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at covefurnish.com .

1. Shipping destination

We currently ship within the United States (contiguous 48 states only) .

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico), or international destinations
  • APO/FPO addresses

2. Where we ship from

Orders are shipped from within the United States from our US-based fulfillment locations.

3. Shipping fees

  • Orders under $95: $8 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $95 and over: Free shipping

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Order cut-off time

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Mountain Time, MT), Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed and paid before the cut-off time (on business days) typically begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on US public holidays begin processing on the next business day .

5. Handling (processing) time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

6. Estimated transit time (Standard Shipping)

After your order ships:

  • Standard parcels: typically 5–10 business days
  • Oversized / freight items (large furniture): delivery times vary by location and carrier scheduling . Typical range is 7–21 business days , and delivery may require an appointment.

Remote areas, carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, and holidays can extend delivery times.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. If you need an item by a certain date, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the best available option.

7. Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS , and other compliant logistics providers. Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and service availability.

8. Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
You can also visit our Order Tracking page on the website.

9. Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect/incomplete address,
  • refusal of delivery, or
  • repeated failed delivery attempts,

you may be responsible for additional shipping/return charges.

10. Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect packages upon delivery when possible.

  • If the outer packaging is severely damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If you discover damage after delivery, contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos/videos of:
    • the product,
    • the packaging, and
    • the shipping label.

We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution) in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
