Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made at covefurnish.com .
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. No restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
3. Return eligibility (general condition)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and in new/resalable condition (unless the return is due to damage/defect),
- returned with original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and any included items.
4. What can be returned
A. Defective, damaged, or wrong item
If you receive:
- a defective item
- an item damaged in transit, or
- the wrong item
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order number.
If confirmed, we will cover return shipping (or arrange pickup when applicable).
B. Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the item remains eligible for resale.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
For oversized/freight items, return shipping can be significant. We will provide the best available return option and share the estimated return shipping cost before you ship anything back.
5. Non-returnable items
Unless required by law, the following are not eligible for return:
- gift cards
- final-sale/clearance items (if marked as final sale),
- customized or made-to-order items (if explicitly stated on the product page).
6. How to start a return
Email us at info@covefurnish.com (or call +1 303-304-3687 ) with:
- order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- reason for return
- photos/videos (required for damage/defect/wrong item)
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- the return address (or pickup instructions), and
- any additional instructions you must follow.
Do not send returns to our address without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa/Mastercard)
- processing time is typically 1–5 business days after approval (your bank may take additional time to post the credit)
8. Exchanges
If you want an exchange, contact us first.
For many items, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. Order issues caused by incorrect address or refusal
If delivery issues arise due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, refusal of delivery, or missed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional costs.
