Order Cancellation & Changes
Effective date: January 19, 2026
We understand plans change. This policy explains when an order can be canceled or updated.
1. Cancellation window (before shipment)
You may request a cancellation or change before your order ships .
To maximize the chance we can stop fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 2 hours of placing your order.
2. After shipment
Once an order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
If you no longer want the item after it ships, please follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery (if eligible).
3. What changes can be requested
Before shipment, you may request:
- address correction
- phone/email correction
- item/variant change (if inventory allows)
- order cancellation
We may ask you to confirm changes in writing for security reasons.

5. Refunds for canceled orders
If your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 1–5 business days (bank posting time may vary).
